Trailer Rental Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Notice:

• To cancel a rental agreement, please notify us 3 days prior to the scheduled pick-up/delivery date.

• Cancellations received within 60 days of the scheduled pick-up/delivery date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Refund Policy:

• Full Refund: Cancellations received 61 days or more before the scheduled pick-up/delivery date will receive a full refund, less any applicable processing fees.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations received within 60 days of the scheduled pick-up/delivery date may be eligible for a partial 50% refund, subject to a cancellation fee.

• No Refund: Cancellations received on the day of the scheduled pick-up/delivery or later are non-refundable.

• Cancellation Fees:

  • For cancellations received 61 days or more of the scheduled pick-up/delivery date, a cancellation fee of 5% will be charged and a full refund of rental cost will be issued.

  • For cancellations received within 60 days of the scheduled pick-up/delivery date, a cancellation fee of 5% will be charged and 50% of the rental cost will be refunded.

  • For cancellations received within 3 days of the scheduled pick-up/delivery date, a cancellation fee of 5% will be charged and 25% of the rental cost will be refunded.
